Walk On!

This is another way of achieving and storing memories. I use this method most of the time!

Are you a ‘jogger’, ‘walker’, or into exercising? Can it be boring?

  • Then why not learn something whilst you’re doing it? all the hits and the artists of, say 1965 or any other period!? all the ground names of all the football league clubs?
  • All the works of Mozart or anyone else?
  • Learn anything you want whilst out walking and getting some exercise and fresh air. Why not learn a few words and phrases from a country you holiday in. No books, no paper!
  • Commit to memory a speech or presentation to give without notes!

Give yourself a reason to do it!

This is the system that I use the most often.
